A FREE interactive session for parents and carers and their babies (aged under 6 months)

Starting solids – get some help navigating the confusing world of getting your baby started on solid food.

This session is run by HENRY (Healthy Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young), alongside our usual Playbus session. Join us!
