Hackney Playbus will be hosting three healthy start workshops this summer for parents and carers with babies. We’re so excited to be welcoming the HENRY team (Healthy Exercise and Nurtition for the Really Young) to deilver these workshops alongside our Playbus sessions. The workshops are free to attend, so if you’re interested please come along!
20th August, Monday, 1-3pm, Rowley Gardens, N4 1HH: Starting Solids Workshop – get some help navigating the confusing world of getting your baby started on solid food
22nd August, Wednesday, 10am-12noon, Gilpin Square, Clapton Park Estate, E5 0HL: Let’s Get Active – join in and learn a whole host of active games and play ideas you can enjoy at home with your baby to support their physical development
29th August, Wednesday, 1-3pm, Shoreditch Park, N1 5EF: Starting Solids Workshop – get some help navigating the confusing world of getting your baby started on solid food
