Here’s a fun game to get your little ones exploring movement and doing some exercise! Pretend the floor is made of lava and that you can’t touch it or you’ll burn your toes! Lay out some cushions, or decide which part of the floor is “safe,” and step, jump, or stretch from place to place without touching the floor.
